Compensation Plan

GlobalTmail is Re-writing the Book on MLM

WHAT’S SO DIFFERENT ABOUT OUR SALES PLAN? First, let’s just acknowledge that virtually every company out there using a Multi-Level Marketing compensation plan thinks THEIR “comp-plan” is the best one ever created. So, let’s dispense with that claim. We’re not going to say ours is absolutely, positively “the best!” It may not be.

In fact, the truth is that EVERY successful MLM company makes it possible for their top distributors and sales people to make phenomenal incomes. We’re no different in that respect. BUT, there is something we have that nobody else has. In our system, an Associate (the entry-level position) can make it to the top ranks of our Compensation Plan and create a very good income without buying anything, and without selling anything, and without their downline Associates buying or selling anything, either. We are introducing a completely different concept to the MLM world: Our “3rd Party Income System™”.

There are actually two parts to our compensation plan: In Part One, no selling or buying of any kind is required on behalf of the Associate to make it to the top ranks of the Compensation Plan. In Part Two, bonafied sales are made to our “Clients” (Members who opt to buy our message delivery services). Most often, these are commercial sales made to companies, groups and organizations (as opposed to consumers). This web page describes both parts of our compensation plan, and shows how they fit seamlessly together to form a sales plan that is, if not “the best,” certainly unique in the world of MLM and Network Marketing.

Part One – MLM 3rd Party Payment System

We have a solution for the millions of people who want to make extra money, but don’t really want to be out there making sales all the time, and they REALLY don’t want to be hitting up their friends, relatives and neighbors to constantly BUY something from them. Those who have rejected MLM in the past now have a great reason to take a second look! For those who are already sold on the MLM concept, we’ve got a real treat for you! You haven’t seen anything like this before in the MLM world. We call our unique system the “3rd Party Income System™” because neither the Associate, nor the Members they recruit buy anything. Instead, a 3rd Party (our Client) pays for messages that are delivered to our Members. Here’s a simple chart that helps illustrate the process:

POSITION

EXPLANATION

Associate

Members you refer to us hear a
message, which generates a fee from the Sender (our Client). You get a
Commission of 15% of the fee each and every time your Member hears a paying
message.

to 16%

By Sponsoring other Associates who
also refer new Members, you receive a 2% to 16% Bonus based upon your rank
from all paying messages heard by your Associate’s Members through your
Personal Group downline. You receive Bonuses on your entire Personal Group of
active Associates in your Downline based on their rank. Bonuses increase by
2% for each rank for which they qualify, until they reach 16%.

WE HAVE THE ONLY 3rd PARTY INCOME SYSTEM™ ON THE PLANET: So, what the heck is a “3rd Party Income System™,” anyway? It’s a system by which a “3rd Party” – somebody OTHER THAN the Member or Associate, pays for message delivery. The one paying is known as our “Client.” The Associate earns a commission when Client-paid messages are delivered to and heard by Members. The Sponsor and upline Associates get their Bonuses based on messages heard. Quite literally, our Associates can make great money without ever investing a dime with the company, and without selling anything to our Members! In fact, the same can be said for each and every Associate in their downline! That has never been accomplished in the world of MLM or Network Marketing, until now.

BONUS PAID FROM OUTSIDE YOUR DOWNLINE: Under our 3rd Party Income System™, you are literally getting paid regardless of who made the sale, because Commission and Bonus payments under Part One is dependent on who listens to the message, not on who sold the paying Client. (But don’t worry if you love to sell. In Part Two, you will learn how you can ALSO get paid based on direct sales made to our Clients by you and your downline…it’s “the best of both worlds”!) Under the 3rd Party Income System™, the source of the money from which your commissions and bonuses are calculated in Part One is not dependent upon any sale made by you or your downline. The money comes from Clients, who can be sold by anybody regardless of downline affiliation.

By allowing our Associates to be paid based upon messages actually heard by the Members in their downline, we are truly harnessing the power of word-of-mouth-marketing, while eliminating the sales resistance that comes along with the requirement of making sales and collecting money. This requirement of other companies for MLM participants (i.e. Distributors, “Associates”, etc.) to buy from the company each month in order to meet sales qualification goals, is probably the biggest major cause for the negative reputation created by MLM companies throughout the years. By allowing our Associates to earn money without any pressure whatsoever to buy from the company, we allow them to focus on the critical task of simply building a large and active opt-in list of Members to whom our Clients can advertise by delivering messages. In this manner, everybody who is associated with GlobalTmail™ benefits greatly from the simple act of sharing the good news of what our services can do for Members, because Associates have no need to persuade our Members to purchase anything, nor must they try to convince downline Associates to sell anything. Associates get paid for just sharing information by registering new Members, whether those Members do business with us or with our Clients or not. Now THAT has never been done in the history of MLM, until now!

In this manner, you are getting paid regardless of whether or not sales to Clients were made by you or your downline. In Part I of our plan, your only concern is to register as many Members as possible, and persuade them to use our system as an alternative method of searching for the things they want and need. One of the most unique aspects of our search technology is the fact that our Members can create ongoing search criteria which they can access without even logging onto the Internet! Not only is your income in Part One derived from any Client, anywhere, it is derived regardless of downline lineage of the Client. Thus, your Commission and Bonus under Part One are derived from the Clients who pay for message delivery, and the volume is determined by the messages actually heard. You job is not only to enroll and maintain new Members in your downline, but to persuade them to listen to their messages as well!

Once you understand it, you will understand why we think this is the purest form of Multi-Level or Network Marketing ever devised! It’s so unique we’re even applying for a patent on our 3rd Party Income System™. Instead of using the MLM sales hierarchy as a sales and distribution channel as does virtually every other MLM company, we harness and compensate the most powerful aspect of MLM and Networking – Word of Mouth – to create a massive list of participants to whom offers are made by PAYING CLIENTS. In a very real sense, you can think of our “3rd Party Income System™” as just a method of building an “opt-in” list (or database). As we have explained before, “Opt-In” is a term commonly used in the advertising industry to mean a list of people who are willing to receive certain forms of advertising. Thus, Part One of our sales plan has one singular purpose: To build and maintain an active list of Members, who do nothing more than listen to messages in their voicemail box.

HOW TO REGISTER PLENTY OF MEMBERS IN YOUR DOWNLINE:   We know that most people go through their “warm list” of prospects (i.e. friends, neighbors, relatives, acquaintances, etc.) rather quickly. It’s relatively easy to do since there is no sales resistance, and because all who register get a real economic benefit as soon as they activate their account. After that, how do you register more Members? If you are outgoing, skilled in sales, and love to talk to strangers, you will have no problem! But, what if you just don’t like the whole business of prospecting, delivering a sales pitch to strangers as you try to recruit them as a Member or an Associate? In fact, many people don’t even want to tell anyone they know about what they are doing with MLM. If this describes you, don’t worry. There are two great ways to register new Members that will get you very quickly beyond your “warm list” and result in the recruitment of numerous Members:

  1. Use GlobalTmail as a fund raising program for groups and organizations that need to raise money for their cause, and
  2. Use GlobalTmail as a group benefit for employers and other organizations.

By doing so, you multiply your efforts greatly! As an Associate, you will be trained in detail about how to successfully recruit Members through these two techniques. Here is a quick overview of how it’s done:

  • Fund Raisers:  There are countless groups, organizations, clubs and the like in every community, all over America, in need of money-raising methods for their projects. We provide one of the easiest and best methods ever devised for an organization to raise money. In fact, we may just be the only opportunity for many organizations to establish an ongoing, regular cash flow that will continue paying them week after week after week. To do a fund raiser with an organization, you must meet with the leader(s) of the organization and explain our system, with particular emphasis on Part One (simply recruiting Members who listen to messages on their free GTM voicemail account). The only things required of the organization are that they (a) Register as an Associate (b) Register their members, participants, volunteers, etc. as Members and (c) have those Members begin listening to messages. If they want to super-charge their earnings, teach them how to either (1) get their Members to refer other Members to the organization or (2) get their Members to register as Associates for their own benefit and do the same (register other Members). In this manner, the fund raising organization establishes an instant Member group whose listening activity generates income for them, and a downline is created by those participants who choose to also become Associates, from which additional earnings can be realized. One simple example would be a high school band or choir. These groups need to raise money every year. If the band has 100 members, the band leader enrolls the band as a single Associate, and all 100 members age 18 or older register as Members (if under 18, suggest that their parents register). These new Members are then taught by their band leader to simply listen to the messages in their voicemail box. It’s a lot easier than holding car washes, selling candy or begging for donations, and the earnings can be terrific! Just do a quick calculation on the number of messages 100 people might listen to in a month, multiply by the minimum fee ($0.15) and apply the 15% commission (and if you as the Sponsoring Associate are a Director, you’ll earn a 16% bonus from this volume!). Then, see how many others these 100 Members may sponsor either as Members or if they register as Associates themselves. The earnings can far out strip any normal fund raiser they have done in the past!
  • Group Benefit Program:Employers are always in need of programs that will boost morale. A great many GlobalTmail™ Clients use our system as a method of promotional advertising, through which they offer terrific deals similar to those found in coupon books (two-for-one offers, deep discounts & coupons, freebies, samples, etc.). This provides a very real economic benefit. Combine that with the obvious benefits of our mobile voicemail-based search capabilities, and you have a program that the employer or organization (such as a credit union, etc.) can use to boost morale among employees. If the employer chooses, they can become an Associate and have an economic benefit also! But such is not necessary. Either way, you can recruit a massive number of Members and some new Associates in your downline by using the GlobalTmail program as a group benefit at no cost whatsoever to the employer or organization!

PART ONE QUALIFICATIONS TO EARN BONUSES

Everyone sponsored under you, who has not yet broken away as a Director, is known as your Personal Group. To reach your entire Personal Group on which you are entitled to a bonus regardless of whether the paying Client came through your downline or not, you must meet certain goals of active Member participation throughout your downline. Also, be aware that, in both Part One and Part Two of our Compensation Plan, the qualification is based upon what you do as an Associate, and not based upon what you buy as an Associate. Naturally, if an Associate wants to use our system to send messages to their downline, or wants to use us as an effective advertising tool to find leads for other MLM’s, insurance, real estate, automobiles, their other small or large business, or just to advertise for any other purpose whatsoever, they may do so by registering as a Client. Keep in mind, however, that when a Client/Associate pays for a GlobalTmail™ Campaign (“Campaign” is our term for sending a message to a specified demographic of our Members), the money thus spent does not count toward their own, personal qualifications, nor do they get any discount on rates. This is an important distinction between GlobalTmail™ and virtually all other direct selling organizations. The Associate receives no personal benefit, discount, special pricing or credit toward rank qualification by doing business directly with the company. Our philosophy is that Associates are paid in exchange for the business they generate for the company by virtue of either persuading Members to listen to messages or by persuading Clients to buy our services. This is the standard for virtually all sales positions in every industry, and we apply that standard to GlobalTmail™ Associates of all ranks. Services purchased by a Client/Associate are credited to the Associate’s Sponsor. This is because the Sponsor recruited that Client/Associate and deserves to be fairly compensated for bringing the paying customer to us. The Sponsoring Associate’s upline who are qualified will receive their appropriate Bonus on purchases made by the Client/Associate. Once again, we must repeat that ours is a system in which you are paid for what you do and not for what you buy.

The Bonus qualification requirements are calculated DAILY (unlike everyone else in the industry) and are based on usage and sales activity up to that point in the month. We pay all earned Commissions and Bonuses every Friday for the previous week’s activity. (Our accounting period for Commission & Bonus payments ends at midnight, each Thursday night.) In this manner, we maximize cash flow to our sales force by paying ALL commissions and bonuses weekly! To receive Bonuses on your downline, there is a volume requirement for yourself as well as for your downline Associates. For each personal and group volume requirement you meet, your downline Bonus increases by 2%, and you receive Bonuses on all levels of sponsorship in your Personal Group. This process continues until you are earning bonuses between 2% and 16% on your entire Personal Group. If your volume at some point during the month is sufficient to increase your rank, you will immediately be moved up in rank and receive the new, higher bonus! Other companies only increase ranks once each month. Once you advance in Rank, you retain that rank as long as you are active with GlobalTmail™, however the amount you are paid will always be determined by your combined PV and BV according to the current policy.

Part Two – Selling To Clients

Part One of our Compensation Plan is unique and broadens the scope of your earnings through our exclusive 3rd Party Income System™ that allows you to earn money regardless of whether or not our customer (the Client) is in your downline. Part Two, is more of a standard MLM compensation plan, with three very important differences:

  1. Most of the sales are commercial sales. This means our Primary target market is companies who wish to advertise or groups & organizations who wish to maintain contact with their group by using our GroupCast™ service. It also means the average sale is often larger than when selling to consumers; and Clients tend to be regular, repeat buyers who develop a need for our services because we promote and enhance their business.
  2. You will notice that there is absolutely nothing our Associate can do to spend money with the company. If the Associate becomes a Client and pays for messages, NONE of the Associate/Client’s purchases are credited toward qualification for that Associate’s commission or bonus, regardless of rank. This means the only way an Associate can make money in Part Two is by selling to Clients and training downline Associates to do likewise.
  3. Ours is very much a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) system. This means that, once you set up a Client, you continue receiving your full commission on that Client regardless of the fact that the Client is creating all their own campaigns without needing you for anything! Also, all Clients assigned to your downline REMAIN in your downline as long as you are an active Associate (or other rank). If a downline Associate becomes inactive, any active Clients they sold roll up to the next active Associate above them. This is a huge benefit for the hard-working, ambitious Associate who wants to build a large and stable income through us. It means that you can focus your energy on finding new Clients and Sponsoring new Associates, while being supported by the existing Clients, no matter how far below you they appear in your downline.

HOW COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES ARE CREATED, CALCULATED AND PAID: Our commissions and bonuses are based upon the actual, bonafied sale of our services, at competitive retail prices to end-user customers that we call “Clients.” These Clients are often direct sales companies, retail stores, restaurants or entertainment establishments, but can also be organizations, clubs, government agencies, political parties or even individuals. Clients can be anybody with a message to communicate to others. To become a Client, one must also be registered as a Member of our services (registering as an Associate is optional, but also advisable in many cases). In short, a Client is any person or entity with a message to deliver to one person, a specific group or to the masses. People who have been involved in MLM plans in the past may have to modify their views of how MLM works to understand of how we calculate fees and compensation because of our dual compensation program and our 3rd Party Income System™. Following are definitions for the terms we use to describe our fee and payment structure:

  • Member or Active Member: A person who registers as a Member with GlobalTmail and hears a minimum of one message in any calendar month.
  • Associate or Active Associate: An active Associate is an Associate who has created PV during the previous three month period. All those who enter into the Associate Agreement are referred to as “Associates” regardless of their current rank. Level 1 Associate and Level 2 Associate refer to the first two rank advancement qualifications under which Bonus is paid from downline activity.
  • Downline All Associates and Members sponsored through all levels of downline, including all those in your Personal Group who have broken away as Directors, are considered to be in your “Downline.”
  • Personal Group or Director Group: This is all active Associates through all levels of sponsorship below you, who are not in a Director Group that has broken away from your Personal Group. Your Personal Group includes all Associates and Members below you regardless of your current Rank, and regardless of their rank (except for Directors who have broken away from your Group). If a downline Associate becomes a Director before you do, they break away from your group and your downline group loses the volume contributed by that new Director’s downline. When you attain the rank of Director, the downline Director who broke away will once again be placed under you and contribute to your earnings, making you an instant “Executive Director.” (See below for Executive Director definition.)
  • Rank: As you progress and meet the qualification levels, you are advanced in the sales organization and given the title of Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager or Assistant Director. After maintaining the level of Assistant Director for one month, you are promoted to the Director position and break away from your original Director, provided you maintain the required volume to qualify. This gives you the full advantage of all roll-up bonuses from your downline Associates as noted in the chart at the end of this page. Likewise, some Associates in your Director Group will also qualify as Directors and break away from your group. When they do this, you will advance even higher to the Executive Director levels, and be ranked as a Bronze Director, Silver Director, Gold Director and perhaps even a Platinum Director. These positions are earned based upon the number of qualified break-away Directors who are first level to you in your organization.
  • Part One PV (Part One Personal Volume): Under Part One, PV is different than it is under Part Two. When a Member recruited by the Associate listens to messages, a fee is charged against the Client’s account that paid for the delivery. These fees generated by the Associate’s Members are called the Associate’s “PV” or “Personal Volume.” All Associate commissions are calculated against PV.
  • Part Two PV (Part Two Personal Volume): Under Part Two, PV consists of the dollar amount paid into a Client account by all Clients directly recruited by the Associate for any given payment period (weekly) or qualification period (monthly). If the Associate also registers as a Client and pays for message delivery, he/she/it does not receive commissions on his/her/its own purchases. (The Associate/Client’s Sponsor receives that commission, because it is the Sponsor who is responsible for recruiting that Associate.) It is also strictly against company policy for an Associate to “sell” a Client which is, in reality, an entity in which he/she/it has any interest whatsoever. (See Policies and Procedures.)
  • BV (Part One Bonus Volume):  Part One BV consists of all the Part One PV from all Associates in the Associate’s downline group.
  • BV (Part Two Bonus Volume: Part Two BV consists of the amount of money paid into a Client account, for any given period (weekly monthly or Vesting Period) from all those Clients recruited by the Associate and his/her/its downline. BV does not include any purchases made by the Associate if the Associate is also registered as a Client.
  • Roll-Up Bonus:  Directors receive a 15% commission plus a 16% Bonus from the volume in their Personal Group from both Part 1 and Part 2 volumes. Each rank below them receives a bonus between 2% and 14% depending on their rank and qualification. These percentages are taken from the 16% Director Bonus in Parts 1 & 2. Regardless of your rank, all downline Bonuses below you are subtracted from your Bonus. You receive the remainder. In other words, all unpaid Bonuses “roll up” to the next Associate, Supervisor, Manager, Assistant Director or Director above them that is qualified for the next higher Bonus. The Director for each Group receives a 16% Bonus from all the Downline volume for each of Part 1 & 2 of the Sales Plan. From this 16% Bonus, all downline Bonuses are paid.
  • Compression or Compressed: When an Associate in your Downline becomes inactive, their active Downline Associates are “compressed”, moving the next qualified Associate(s) below them, to the next qualified Associate above them. The inactive Associate is thus excluded from earning a Bonus so the active upline Associates can receive it. This policy assures you of always having an active downline that generates PV and BV regardless of how many levels downline from you the downline geneology travels. An Associate’s status is changed to inactive when that Associate has no PV for 12 consecutive Periods. An Associate may regain their downline by re-activating any time up to 52 Periods after their last PV.
  • Vesting or Vested: When an Associate moves up in Rank, the Bonus percent for their downline increases according to the Qualification Table below. Each Rank is “Vested” for a certain number of weeks. A Vested Rank is one in which the Rank and Bonus percent will not decline during the defined vested period. Although Rank and Bonus cannot be decreased during the Vesting Period, they can certainly be increased during the same time by meeting a higher qualification.
  • Period: This is the time frame for which Commissions and Bonus are paid. Our Compensation Plan pays all commissions and all bonuses each Friday, for the collected (“cleared”) payments received during the previous period. Each Period ends at midnight Thursday night and runs through the following Thursday at midnight. Thus, payments received and cleared by the end of each Thursday night, are paid the following week on Friday.
  • Vesting Period or Vested Period: This is the number of weeks designated for each Rank during which the Bonus cannot be reduced due to failure to attain prescribed BV during the Vested Period. During the Vesting Period, Rank and Bonus can be increased, however. The increased Rank and Bonus will appear in the Downline & Earnings Report as an estimate in real time as payments are made and messages are heard during each Period. However, a recalculation of the exact Commission and Bonus is done only once each week, after the end of the Period, usually on Fridays, and is calculated based upon actual, collected funds received through the end of the Period (midnight Thursday night).
  • Fees. GlobalTmail’s income is derived mostly from message delivery fees. Clients place money into their account based upon the number of messages they wish to deliver. The amount paid into a Client’s account is variable, ranging anywhere from the minimum $10 up to thousands of dollars, and depends on many factors, including but not limited to:
    • The number of messages and size of campaigns the Client wishes to deliver.
    • Whether the Client participates in our auction system for better Playlist placement.
    • Whether or not the Client wishes to take advantage of promotional offers from GlobalTmail. (For example, the company may offer discount up to 50% or more to a Client based upon the total dollar amount the Client pays into their account. The minimum to open an account is $10.00.)
    • The size, number and type of campaigns the Client anticipates running.
    • Whether or not the Client uses the GroupCast™ features of our system and/or One-to-One Messaging™.
  • Commission Value (“CV”): Because the message delivery, online advertising and related industries in which we engage are very competitive, we must structure our message delivery prices to compete in the free market place. Our highest volume customers pay rates substantially lower than low-volume customers. At the time of this writing, our highest message delivery fee is $0.15 per message and our lowest is $0.01 per message. Naturally, our earnings are far less with smaller fees. Accordingly, we must reduce the value against which we calculate commissions and bonuses when our retail prices are reduced. We call this amount against which we calculate commissions and bonuses the “Commission Value” or shorten it to say “CV.”  Here is a table that shows the current price table for outbound voice message delivery together with the CV for each rate:

All funds paid by the Client into their account are considered “earned” by GlobalTmail at the time they are paid and are non-refundable, except under certain circumstances. GlobalTmail guarantees to deliver a sufficient number of messages to use up all funds placed into the Client account within 18 months, provided the Client runs enough campaigns of sufficient size to accomplish the delivery. If we fail to deliver as promised, we will refund any remaining balance at the end of 18 months., provided the Client has done their part and ordered campaigns of sufficient size to deliver enough messages to use up their account balance. Each time a Member hears a message in their Mailbox, or clicks through an appropriate paid link, or listens to a message online, or otherwise receives/views/hears a paid message, the fee for that message is charged against the Client’s account. When the Client’s account is sufficiently low, the Client will receive a notice that advises them more funds need to be placed in order to continue delivering messages. A base fee of $0.15 is assessed to the Client and deducted from their Account Balance each time a Member hears the Client’s message. When a Client wants their message to be played at or near the top of the playlist order, they can participate in our Playlist Auction, and compete against other Clients using the same Match Words. Fees increase for the Clients who use the Playlist Auction to improve their playlist ranking for the purpose of increasing the number of Members who hear their message. Account balances do not expire and can be used at any time after we receive them.

  • Commissions:  Commissions are paid to the Associate who referred the Client or Member to us. Commissions are 15% of the per-listen Fee under Part One of our Compensation Plan, or 15% of the amount paid into the Client’s account under Part Two of our Compensation Plan.Under special circumstances, such as during our Alpha Pre-Launch and other times designated by the company, other products and services, such as our Port Sales may be designated as commissionable. The commission under Part One is paid to the Associate when the fee is generated because a message was heard, a link was followed or some other action by a Member triggered the fee. One of the basic functions of all Associates is to encourage their Members to continually listen to their messages. By referring several Members to us and encouraging them to listen to their messages, the Associate has a better chance of getting regular, recurring Commissions under Part One. The commission under Part Two is paid to the Associate at the time the Client places funds into their account, and is based upon the total amount paid in. In Part Two, we don’t wait until Members hear the message to pay commissions. We pay the full commission as soon as we receive money from the Client. Obviously, larger earnings per transaction are earned on a per-Client basis, especially for those commercial Clients with larger advertising budgets.
  • Bonuses: Under Part One, a Bonus is paid when you sponsor another Associate AND when that Associate refers his or her own Members who listen to messages (i.e. when your Associate has his/her/its own PV). When your sponsored Associate has active Members listening to their messages, you will receive a Bonus of 2% up to 16% (based upon your current rank) of the fees generated by those Members as they hear their messages. When your 1st level Associate sponsors an Associate, this is known as your 2nd level Associate and so forth through your entire downline. You are paid Bonuses based upon the qualifications as illustrated in the table and chart below. Under Part Two, a Bonus is paid when you sponsor another Associate and that Associate makes a sale to a Client who places funds into their account. Bonuses are paid in amounts according to the Compensation Plan chart below, based on your rank and qualification level, and are earned as soon as the company receives collected funds from the Client. Bonuses are paid each Friday for all collected message fees from the previous week.
  • Payment Frequency:  GlobalTmail™ believes in compensating their sales and marketing team frequently. We pay each Friday for monies that were received as collected funds and processed up through midnight on Thursday of the previous week. Friday payments include all Commissions and all Bonuses earned and received during the previous week. Any modifications to the frequency will be announced as a policy on the Policies and Procedures page in our website.
  • Charge Backs:  Although it is contrary to the written agreement with Clients, and notwithstanding the fact that company policy states that when funds are placed into a Client’s account, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued, nonetheless from time to time, it may be in the company’s best interest, and in the interest of fair play, or the company may be required by court order, to issue refunds. Such decisions are made at the sole and exclusive direction of company management, or in the event the company fails to perform as defined in the Client Agreement. All Independent Associates of GlobalTmail (including all ranks) assume responsibility for the commission and bonus portion of charge backs paid to Associates due to refunds paid to any Client. In the event of a refund, the company calculates the commission and bonus paid, and withholds a pro-rated portion from one or more future payments to the selling Associate, and all upline Associates until the full amount charged back has been recovered. Under such policy, the possibility exists that an upline Associate may become responsible for amounts charged back to downline Associates who are no longer active, for amounts in excess of the amounts they received, and for amounts from Associates who don’t have sufficient earnings to pay the charge back or who have otherwise left our company.
  • Qualifications Required For Continued Earnings: Although there is no requirement to invest any money to participate as an Associate, and there is nothing to sell as an Associate, there are still some qualifications that must be met in order to continue receiving your Commissions and Bonuses week after week. The qualifications are as follows:
    • Commission Qualifications: There is no minimum sales volume required for you to receive commissions on the fees generated by the Members you sponsor, or from the fees created when you make a sale to a Client. You will be paid your commission regardless of how small or how large. You must maintain an “Active” status as an Associate in order to receive commissions. To do so, you must have at least one sponsored Member who generates fees in any amount within any 3 month time frame, or you must have some measurable sales activity within any 3 month period. If you are placed on inactive status, you have a 9 month grace period in which to re-activate under your Sponsor and retain your downline. After that, you may re-register at any time, but you will lose any previous downline you may have had.
    • Bonus Qualifications: Qualification to receive Bonuses is defined above. The Table below provides a concise overview of the percentage amounts earned for each Rank and the Qualifying Periods during which the BV must be received.

QUALIFICATION TABLE

The following table reflects the qualifications required for advancement in rank and earnings.  A combination of PV and BV are required in order to advance to each successive level.  Each Associate’s PV and BV for any Vested Period are re-calculated daily and posted to their Downline Earnings Report.  All commission and bonus earnings are paid each Friday for all funds that have been cleared (i.e. collected) as of the previous week through Saturday night at 11:59 pm, Mountain Standard Time or Mountain Daylight Time.  Rank Qualifications are earned based upon BV totals combined with the required cumulative PV.  To calculate the BV for qualification, we use a “best-of-4-week total” method.  This means that we track your weekly BV daily during the Vested Period and keep a daily running total of the cumulative BV for the Vested Period.  We also continually monitor the 4 highest weeks’ BV during the Vested Period to determine whether or not those 4 highest weeks equal or exceed a rank higher than the rank at the beginning of the Vested Period.  If this best-of-4-week total equals or exceeds a rank higher than your rank at the beginning of the current Vested Period, your rank is automatically advanced to that higher rank and will be reflected on your Downline and Earnings Report (as projected earnings) on the same day the total reaches a new and higher rank.  We verify cleared funds and assign all commissions, bonuses and new rank advancements each week for the previous one-week period.  We also reset the Vested Period each Sunday at 12:00 am if your rank changed during the previous week.  In this manner, whenever you advance to a new rank, you will have a longer Vested Period in which to qualify for the next rank up as you climb the ladder of success with GlobalTmail™.  Once you achieve a certain rank, you have 4 to 16 weeks in which to meet the qualification listed.  If you don’t meet the qualification BV as listed, you will retain your rank title, but you will be paid at the rank for which you are qualified based on the Vested Period qualification requirement.  In the event your BV fails to qualify with the required volume during your Vested Period, you will have the number of weeks for which your BV qualifies in order to meet that new Vested Period Bonus amount. In the event your Bonus is reduced, you may once again re-qualify for a higher rank Bonus by meeting the qualification BV standards as listed in the table below (when re-qualifying, you will again retain that Bonus level during the next 4-to-16 week Vested Period for which you re-qualify).

ROLL-UP BONUS CHART

Roll-Up Bonuses are an integral part of our compensation plan.  Roll-Up Bonuses are paid at all levels of the Sales Plan.  However, the core position in our Sales plan is that of Director.  This position has a distinct advantage with regard to Roll-Up Bonuses.  A Director earns a 15% commission on all Part One and Part Two volume, plus a 16% Roll-Up Bonus on all Part 1 and Part 2 BV done throughout his/her/its entire Personal Group!  Each bonus from each rank under the Director is taken directly out of that Director’s 16% Bonus.  But, on all those Associates on whom no upline Bonus was earned, the Director receives a full 16% Bonus.  Furthermore, on those Associates first level to the Director receiving a 2% Bonus, the Director receives 14%.  No matter what Rank the ambitious, hard-working Associate earns, Roll-Up Bonuses will play a big part in their over-all earnings.  Not only do unpaid earnings from your downline roll up to your qualified rank, but whenever an Associate becomes inactive below you, the lower level Associates also compress to take the place of the one you just lost!  This policy assures you that by building an organization both wide and deep, you stabilize and solidify your own earnings, even when you lose some good people in your organization.  The table below illustrates the effect of the Roll-Up Bonuses:

New Car Bonus:   Directors are automatically qualified to receive a New Car Bonus, and will receive it based on their monthly BV.   Unlike BV bonuses and the Roll-Up Bonus, the New Car Bonus is not based upon a Vested Period.  It is paid based on monthly Bonus Volume from your Director Group (and can increase based on your Downline Director BV if you’re an Executive Director) and is paid near the beginning of each month for the previous months’ BV.  This Bonus is paid no later than the 10th calendar day of each month for sales volume (BV) produced during the previous calendar month.  Your downline’s BV must be at least $20,000 each calendar month to qualify for the New Car Bonus.  Your basic $400 Directorship New Car Bonus is based only upon your own Directorship organization volume and not upon the volume of any break-away Directors below you. It is possible to qualify as a Director and not receive the New Car Bonus, yet still qualify to receive the Directorship Bonus due to the easier qualification from our Vested Period table.  Vesting periods make it easier to maintain the Directorship Bonus, and easier to re-qualify in the event your volume does not maintain the standard for a Directorship.  The New Car Bonus is intended as an incentive to ensure that a minimum sales volume is consistently maintained by all Directors each month.  It’s also an insurance policy for all Executive Directors to help ensure that their Downline Directors maintain a more stable sales volume. Those who allow their group sales volume to drop, counting on the Vesting Period to maintain their Director Bonus will find that they’ve lost their New Car Bonus when their monthly BV drops below $20,000.  So, it’s important to maintain a strong sales BV to reap the maximum benefits from this Compensation Plan.

Director Break-Away Bonus: When an Associate in your Group rises through the ranks and achieves the rank of Director, the new Director breaks away from your Personal Group and maintains his/her own Group. Once you have Directors under you who have broken away from your Group, you join the ranks of the Executive Directors, and begin qualifying for one of four Executive Director Ranks.  Just like the New Car Bonus, the Executive Director Bonus is based upon, and calculated against the monthly combined Bonus Volume from Part I and Part II sales from the Director Groups below you. It is paid by the 10thcalendar day of each month from BV generated the previous month.  The Executive Director Uni-Level Bonus pays between 2% and 4% of the BV from Directors up to four levels below you (rolled up). Your New Car Bonus will increase as your monthly Downline Director BV increases as shown in the table below.  This chart illustrates your compensation as an Executive Director:

HOW MUCH CAN YOU EARN? Naturally, this is a basic question everybody asks when considering any activity that should result in making an income. GlobalTmail makes no representations regarding the amount of income you can make,We encourage you, as an Associate or prospective Associate to calculate your own what-if scenarios about how much you can earn, based upon the Compensation Plan rules as applied to your own assumptions of your capabilities.
