                          Completing and Submitting the Campaign Order Form indicates your agreement to Terms of Service

1.    Register as a Client of GlobalTmail™
Doing business with us requires registration as a Client. Most people register for all 3 roles: Member, Associate and Client. This assures that you receive maximum benefit from the company and costs nothing. To do all 3, place a check mark in BOTH boxes during the sign-up process.

·         If you were referred by one of our Associates, use the sign up link you were given. (Place a check mark in BOTH boxes in the sign-up form.)

·         If they did NOT give you a link, but you know who referred you to us, please use our generic registration form. (Be sure to click on the “Who referred you to us” link and select the person who referred you. Also, place a check in BOTH check boxes.)

·         If you were referred by the company, or if you responded to a company voice broadcast campaign or other promotion, please register here.  

2.    Decide Campaign Type
The six campaign types listed to the right are available. If you don’t know which campaign to select, please contact us directly so we can advise you regarding the best campaign type to satisfy your needs. Indicate which campaign type you wish to set up on the form above.

·         Predictive Dialing (For calling your own database OR for mass cold-calling prospects.)

o   Call your internal database or a prospect database

o   Call is placed, when called party picks up, it is transferred

o   “Per Minute” rates apply

·         Voice Broadcast with Call Transfer (Great for “live” lead generation.)

o   Called party presses “1” and is transferred to a live agent

o   INBOUND response Caller ID phone number required

o   Per-call rates apply

·         Voice Broadcast IVR (Great for call-back lead generation)

o   Called party presses “1” and leaves name, address phone

o   Recorded message instantly emailed to you

·         Voicemail Drop (“VMD”) (Excellent for “everything” – Lead generation, announcements, advertising, etc.)

o   Recorded message is “dropped” onto recipients voicemail

o   Phone of the called party does NOT ring; no intrusion

o   Response is from returned phone call according to message

o   Inbound Caller ID response phone number required

3.    Determine Your Client Subscription & License
Rates you pay are largely determined by your Client status. You can choose from 4 statuses (Standard, Silver, Gold and Platinum) which are described to the Right. The acquisition of a VB or MVB License will confer many cost saving and convenience features on your status.

Add Funds To Your Account. Be sure to add sufficient funds to your account based on your subscribed rate to cover the number of messages you wish to deliver based on your database size.  You can either add funds to your Client Account or purchase form the Rate Table.

·         Choose your Client Subscription and Voice Broadcast License (VBL) based on the following descriptions together with consultation with the company. Subscribed Clients enjoy a low guaranteed rate and have no minimum purchase other than the $10 required as a minimum addition to your Client Account.  Fees quoted are for live-answered calls for basic voice broadcast services and do not include VMD or Predictive Dialing modes.  Please see the Rate Table page for additional details.

o   Standard Client: Anyone can sign up as a Client without cost or obligation of any kind. Doing so gives you the ability to conduct your own voice broadcast campaigns under the second and third rate tables on the Order Page.  As a Standard Client, you are responsible for your own calling database, Do Not Call compliance with the FTC and Inbound Caller ID & message phone line, all of which are required. Standard Clients do not have access to many other benefits such as the CRM.

o   Silver Client: Silver Clients can send up to 2,000 messages per month for their $99 monthly fee and have a low minimum base rate for additional messages of only 5¢ per message.

o   Gold Client: Gold Clients have an even lower rate of only 3¢ per message with a monthly rate of $199 and can send up to 8,000 messages without adding more to their account during the month. Additional messages can be purchased by simply adding funds to your account in minimum amounts of $10.00 per deposit.

o   Platinum Client:  Platinum Clients have a minimum rate guarantee of only 2¢ per message and can deliver up to 20,000 messages per month without adding more to their account. Additional messages can be purchased at 2¢ per message by adding funds to your account (minimum $10).

o   Voice Broadcast License (VBL): The VBL confers many benefits on Client Subscriptions, including but not limited to a co-op plan that greatly reduces Opt-In list and DNC expenses together with full access to our own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Complete details are on the Rate Table page and questions can be answered by the Company. If your VBL is acquired directly from a MVBL Client, you’ll also receive their lowest rate charge for additional messages over and above your subscribed rate.

o   Master Voice Broadcast License (MVBL):  The MVBL provides a method for Clients who wish to resell our VBL as a value-added product to enhance and enrich their own product or service. Substantial financial benefits are available. Full explanation is available directly from company representatives, including substantial financial benefits for participation.

·         Please refer to the Rate Table for a more complete description and consult with your company representative for clarification on any questions before you purchase.

4.    Decide Audience & Database
The purpose of your communications will determine your audience. Voice Broadcast is by far the most effective and gets the highest possible response rate when sent to a database of people who already know you, such as customers, members, students, family, friends and others who have agreed directly with you to receive these messages. It’s also a highly effective marketing and message delivery media when used properly and in compliance with State and Federal law. When using GroupCaller™ for lead generation or any other commercial purchase you must use an approved and/or opt-in database. We supply some databases without charge, others can be obtained for a fee through us. Study the information to the right and follow the links to order your calling list. Consultation with the company is advised before you purchase.

o   Decide type & size of database required to meet requirements

§  all but VMD, you must call 6.25 times the # of messages to deliver

·         Your Own Opt-In Database

o   You must have written permission to send voice broadcast messages from each person in the database (i.e. “Opt-In”)

o   You can use the following methods to provide written permission

§  Paper form “Sign-Up Pad (Download & print the forms)

o   Doing business with people is not sufficient under FTC rules. Specific written permission is required for sending commercial voice broadcast messages to consumers

o   Upload your own Opt-In Database

·         Business Database

o   Selections – Geographic, SIC, Company Size, etc.

o   No charge if you have a Client Subscription, VBL or MVBL

o   Business databases are generally exempt from the commercial voice broadcast prohibition.

·         Consumer Database

o   Opt-In Lists Are Required For All Commercial Campaigns Except VMD

o   Order Opt-In List (1 million records minimum) if we do NOT yet cover your area. Talk to us to determine whether we already have the geographical area you wish to call. This list is available for less than 1/10 cent per name ($950 per million records).

o   Order Opt-In List (20,000 names minimum) if we already have opt-in records for the geographical area you wish to call.

o   Consumer Database available for VMD, Political and Charity Fund Raising campaigns.  This database is available on special order only. Contact your Company representative for details.

5.    What is your message?
Once you know what audience to reach, your message is the next most important element of your campaign. If you aren’t already familiar with script writing and recording, consultation with the company is advisable.

·         30-Second Scripts – All Scripts must be at or about 30-seconds for voice broadcast

·         Write Your Own:  You may write your own script and use it. You should be aware that many re-writes of a script are usually required before a maximum response rate is achieved. If you want to write your own script and have us record it for you, please UPLOAD YOUR SCRIPT HERE using either Word, PDF or Notepad file format.

·         Script Copy Writing Services:  We will write your script for you for a modest fee. We have substantial experience in writing successful scripts for many different industries.

·         Outbound Recording:  Do NOT use a professional voice-over talent that sounds like a radio announcer for your recording. The days of professional sounding voices are long gone for voice broadcast. The recipient expects to hear a NORMAL sounding voice when they pick up the phone, not a professional DJ.  We advise that you record your own script in your own voice and then UPLOAD YOUR VOICE FILE to us in WAV format. Practice makes perfect.  There are many recording programs available. We recommend this one:

o   WavePad Sound Editor by NCH Software. There is a 14-day free trial after which you must pay $49.00.

·         Inbound Recording:  In addition to your outbound recording, you must also create an inbound recording that will attach to your Inbound Caller ID phone number. This recording will be similar to your Outbound recording, except that it must be worded in a way that sounds logical to the person who is calling this number out of curiosity, wondering who called their phone.  Many people will call back because they missed the call (about 40% of all outbound calls are unanswered). You will get responses from this inbound line. Those recordings will be emailed to you.

·         Script Writing Legal Compliance:  All outbound and inbound scripts must include the following to comply with FTC requirements for pre-recorded messages sent to telephones:

o   Outbound Script

§  First words must include your name or the name of your company.

§  Near the beginning of your script, you must give the option to “go on our Do Not Call list by “Pressing 9”

o   Inbound Script

§  First words must be your name or the name of your company

§  You must include a toll free number to call that allows the called party to automatically go on your Do Not Call listed without having to talk to somebody (i.e. automated opt-out feature)

o   Answering Machine or Voicemail Script

§  First words must be your name or the name of your company

§  You must include a toll free number to call that allows the called party to automatically go on your Do Not Call listed without having to talk to somebody (i.e. automated opt-out feature)

6.    Do Not Call List Compliance

·         If you are calling “ONLY” GlobalTmail™ Members who are duly registered with the company, there are no Do Not Call requirements, except the opt-out provision that must be included in your outbound and inbound script.

·         It is the Client’s responsibility to comply with the provisions of the FTC for their own Do Not Call subscription. Clients who do not have a VBL or MVBL subscription must subscribe to each area code to which they make voice broadcast calls.

·         VBL subscribers and MVBL holders are allowed to share in the company’s FTC subscription to the Do Not Call list, to the extent we have subscribed DNC area codes in your calling database. In the event we are not yet subscribed to DNC area codes that are included in your calling database, you must pay $56 as a subscription for each new area code you wish to call. Area Code Subscriptions expire on December 31 of each year and must be renewed the following year. Check with the company to determine which, if any, DNC area codes to which you must subscribe.

·         Tell us the Area Codes and/or states you wish to call. (Important: Area Codes are now “portable.” This means that an area code does not necessarily call the area for which it was originally designated.  If your campaign requires a certain geographic location, you “MUST” specify the area code plus the state, and possibly even zip codes to include in your list selection and DNC selection.

·         Check Current Area Codes which are included in your dialing list for this campaign.

·         Subscribe To DNC Area Codes which you need for your campaign

7.    Inbound Caller ID Requirement


·         FTC Regulations require that you include a Caller ID number when making voice broadcast calls.  This number must include an automated opt-out feature that allows the calling party to press a button and automatically be placed on your Do Not Call list, which we maintain for you. 

·         You must have an Inbound Caller ID number with recorded message to conduct voice broadcast campaigns with us. These numbers are available for $14/month for a 2-line number that attaches directly to our servers and handles DNC requests, plus emails recorded messages to you.  Order your Inbound Caller ID number by clicking on the Subscribe Button below:



8.Transcription Services

·         Transcription services are recommended for most Lead Generation broadcasts. The effect of using one of our transcribers to listen to your voice files and enter your leads into your database is a hassle-free experience in generating leads for yourself.   You simply run your campaign, then pull your legitimate leads out of your CRM database and call them back! Simple. Easy. We'll handle all the mundane tasks such as opening countless emails, listening to irrelevant voice files, manually entering verbal requests to add phone numbers to your internal Do No Call list, and trying to figure out what people are saying when they don't enunciate clearly (and THIS is always a big problem). Let us handle the clerical tasks. You have enough to do in running your business. At only $1.50 per transcribed lead, this is a fabulous deal!
